The Spring Line Up
Hi Everyone,
Spring is technically here (yet just around the corner), and we are thrilled to announce that our kitchen at Hooked Leslieville is officially ready for a new season of cooking classes!
As a subscriber, youâre getting the first look at our schedule. With our new kitchen layout, each class is capped at 8 people for a more intimate âdinner and learningâ experience. These spots will move fast, so grab yours before we open booking to the general public.
The Spring Lineup
Salmon Every Way Wednesday, April 15 OR Wednesday, May 13 | 7:30 pm â 10 pm Back by demand! Weâre running this runaway hit twice to help you get out of that weekly salmon rut. Weâll be working with Sockeye, Spring, and Steelhead to prepare a salmon feast in five different ways: Crudo, Slow Baked, Pan Roast, Cured + Pan Fried, and Poached.
Simple Classic Italian Shellfish Wednesday, April 29 | 7:30 pm â 10 pm
Italians do fish right: simple, fresh, and hearty. This is a mix of hands-on and demonstration where youâll learn four different cooking methods for a variety of shellfish, including squid, shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops.
Host a Private Kitchen Party
If you have a specific date or menu in mind, weâd love to host you for a Hooked Kitchen Party. Itâs the perfect cocktail party/cooking class mixer for groups of 12 to 20.
Whether itâs a birthday or a client dinner, weâll work with you to create a custom menu of tapas and hors dâoeuvres.
